Too many games nowadays rely on permanent internet connection, something which we here in South-Africa have problems with. Maybe far-fetched for some but it would still be a nice feature. Only for them to purchase the game on steam, then install a backup I have made of the game that has the latest update. I give them temporary access to internet via sharing my mobile data with them.
